Is there homework?
Homework will be assigned. Since this helps the students to practice and the teacher to be able to check if the students are understanding the topics covered in class.
What age are the people in these groups?
Since this is a course open to all ages starting at 18 years old, there are people of all age ranges.
Is my course always with the same teacher?
Yes, since we like to have a good track of the progress of our students, normally when you start a 4-week course it is with the same teacher unless for some reason the teacher cannot attend the class, another teacher will cover it.
But don't worry, we will always let you know as soon as we can if this is the case and there is nothing to worry about since all our teachers are certified and have extensive experience.
What happens if I feel that the level is higher or that I can't cope with the level?
Although this rarely happens, since to avoid misplacement, we schedule assessments to help us put the students in the correct level. If this happens, we may be able to offer you some other option that can be more suitable to your needs.
What days is the school closed for holidays?

Is it possible to do conversation classes only? Could I suggest the topics?
Of course, as it is a private class. If your goal is to improve your fluency, we have classes focused only on conversation, of course, without forgetting the correction to assist our students. The conversation topics are decided between the teacher and the student together so that they are adapted to the tastes and needs of the learner.
Do you have a strict curriculum?
In our school, the student is the focus of the learning process. That is why our teachers will use different activities that can be adapted as much as possible to the needs of the students and work on their goals.
Do the teachers speak English?
All classes taught at our school are in Spanish, but if a student needs to better understand an explanation given in class, our teachers will try to explain it first in Spanish and then if there is still any doubt, they can explain it in English.
Our teachers speak English and can help if there is any doubt about a subject or class. But this does not mean that the class will be taught in English, it is used as a support when the student is missing something.
What happens if I miss a day?
In the private courses, unlike the group courses, it is possible to reschedule classes if we have the availability as long as you let us know at least 24 hours before the beginning of the class that you want to reschedule.
If it is not done within this time unfortunately we will not be able to reschedule it.
For One-to-two courses: What if we want to take classes together but we don't have the same level?
When this happens, most of the subjects can be approached through different levels. Then the classes are adapted so that both have and see a process while practicing and having fun together
For One-to-two courses: What if only one can attend the class?
No problem, exercises and homework can be given so that the person who has not attended the class does not fall behind.
What if I want to reschedule or cancel a class?
For Private lessons in Merida; if you need to reschedule or cancel a lesson, 24 hours' notice must be given, all changes are subject to availability if a reschedule is not possible refund will not be given.
